Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 2:00pm, however if arriving early, please contact us and we will endeavour to get the room ready for your arrival. Check-in is 24 hour, however if arriving after reception hours (ie 9:00pm) please contact us and we will organise a late check-in for you.  Check out is 10:00am, however if you require a late checkout, please contact us and we can discuss availability. 

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

No, however we do require a credit card for security, or if one cannot be provided, then full pre-payment is required.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

If you book direct through us, whether by phone, email or online, no deposit is required. 

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception is open 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 9:00pm Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays. We do have a night bell in the reception carport for late check-ins or emergencies after these hours.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Most bookings have a minimum cancellation period of 24 hours, requiring a room to be cancelled by 4pm the day prior to arrival. There are some bookings, however, that are booked on a low rate meaning there is no free cancellation available. Please contact us for more information, or to confirm the rate you have booked.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We do offer free in-room wifi, as well as a guest computer in the lobby with full internet access available. 

Q: What facilities do you have?

We offer a range of facilities, to cater to all different needs. We have a conference room available to seat up to 30 people, a kids room for restaurant guests, a swimming pool to cool off in the warm outback weather along with a fully licensed bar in our restaurant to enjoy a drink in the outdoor alfresco area! 

Q: Is there car parking available?

We provide undercover parking for all rooms, right outside your door!

Q: Is the pool heated?

With an average daily temperature in excess of 30 degrees, our pool is not heated.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

We have a fully licensed restaurant on site, open Monday to Saturday from 5:00pm for the bar, and 6:00pm for meals. We also open Tuesday to Friday from 6:30am to 9:00am for breakfast. Room service is available 7 days. 

A short walk to the centre of town 850 metres away provides numerous different shopping facilities and dining options. 

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is no public transport available in Roma, however we do have a reliable taxi service. Just ask our friendly staff to organise one for you!

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Big Rig is just a stones throw away, offering knowledge of local history, and an evening show. Roma also has a cinema, so you can relax and watch a movie on the big screen. For more information, just ask our friendly staff for a Roma information brochure!

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Woolworths is a short 850 metres away, and just one block further from there is the local IGA.
